The Former Prime Life Insurance Office Interior Project, commissioned by Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (formerly Prime Life Insurance Company Limited) and executed by Religare Construction Pvt. Ltd., covered a floor area of 1,111.92 sq.m in Hattisar, Kathmandu. The project involved a wide range of interior works designed to create a modern, functional, and visually appealing office environment.

The scope of work included civil finishing, partitioning, furniture installation, aluminium and glass fittings, ceiling and flooring works, decorative elements, electrical and allied systems, communication and security system installation, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, metal and wood works, server setup, and external sewerage connection. Each element was carefully executed to ensure structural integrity, durability, and aesthetic quality, reflecting the client’s requirements and high standards.
